Terms and Conditions of use — plain language, no legal maze

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of docti-plus.com and all Doctiplus mobile applications. By using Doctiplus, you agree to these terms. We have written them in plain English — if anything is unclear, contact us and we will explain it.

Important Note — Please Read Section 3 Carefully

Doctiplus is an information and directory platform. We are not a medical service provider, and use of this platform does not create a doctor-patient relationship with Doctiplus. Always consult a qualified licensed medical professional for all health decisions.

1. About Doctiplus

Doctiplus is an independent global doctor directory and healthcare platform available at docti-plus.com. We provide a searchable database of verified, licensed doctors and clinics across 130+ countries, enabling patients to find, compare, and book medical appointments. Doctiplus also provides general health education content through its blog and guide sections.

Doctiplus is not affiliated with, and bears no responsibility for, any website or platform operating under a similar name or domain, including doctiplus.co, doctiplus.net, doctiplus.com, or doctipluss.com. These are separate entities entirely unrelated to docti-plus.com.

2. Who can use Doctiplus

Doctiplus may be used by:

  1. Any individual aged 18 or over seeking to find, compare, or book a medical appointment — as a patient or as a person acting on behalf of a patient.
  2. Parents or legal guardians booking medical appointments for children in their care.
  3. Licensed medical professionals, doctors, and clinics applying to be listed in the Doctiplus directory

By using Doctiplus, you confirm that you are either aged 18 or over, or are a parent or guardian with authority to act on behalf of a minor patient. You also confirm that all information you provide to Doctiplus is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

3. What Doctiplus is — and what it is not

Doctiplus IS:

  1. A searchable directory of verified, licensed doctors and clinics
A booking platform connecting patients with healthcare professionals.
  2. A source of general health education and information content.
  3. A platform for facilitating telehealth video consultations.
  4. A patient review platform for confirmed appointment feedback

Doctiplus is NOT:

  1. A medical service provider or healthcare organisation.
  2. A source of medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. recommendations
  3. A party to the doctor-patient relationship formed through bookings.
  4. Responsible for the clinical quality of care provided by listed doctors.
  5. An emergency medical service — call your local emergency number in emergencies.

Content on docti-plus.com — including health guides, blog articles, and FAQ answers — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice and should not replace a consultation with a qualified, licensed medical professional. Always seek professional medical advice for any health concern.

4. Patient Accounts And Bookings

  • Account accuracy — you are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in appointment failures and account suspension.
  • Account security — you are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Notify us immediately at
editorial.doctiplus@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • Booking confirmations — a booking is only confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from Doctiplus. Incomplete bookings are not confirmed appointments.
  • Cancellations and rescheduling — you may cancel or reschedule through your Doctiplus dashboard. Cancellation policies are set by individual doctors and clinics and are displayed on their profiles before booking. Doctiplus is not responsible for cancellation fees charged by individual doctors.
  • No-shows — failure to attend a confirmed appointment without cancellation may result in a no-show fee charged by the doctor or clinic directly. Doctiplus is not responsible for such fees.
  • Account deletion — you may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We will delete your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

5. Doctor and clinic listings

Docti-Plus verifies each listed doctor’s medical licence, qualifications, and active practice status before their profile appears in search results. However:

  • Verification is based on information available at the time of review. Doctiplus cannot guarantee that a doctor’s status has not changed between verification checks.
  • Doctors are responsible for ensuring their profile information — including availability, fees, clinic address, and services — is accurate and kept up to date.
  • Doctiplus does not endorse any specific doctor or clinic listed on the platform. Inclusion in our directory is not a recommendation.
  • If you discover inaccurate information on a doctor’s profile, use the report button on that profile or email
editorial.doctiplus@gmail.com We will investigate within 24 hours.

6. Paient Reviews

Doctiplus operates an appointment-gated review system. Only patients who have completed a confirmed appointment through the Doctiplus platform may submit a review. By submitting a review, you confirm that:

  • The review reflects your genuine, personal experience of the appointment
  • The review does not contain false, defamatory, or misleading statements
  • The review does not contain personally identifiable information about third parties
You grant Docti-Plus a non-exclusive licence to display the review on the platform

Docti-Plus reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these terms, contain inappropriate content, or are found to be fraudulent. Attempting to manipulate the review system — including submitting fake reviews for any doctor — may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

7. Telehealth Consultations

Telehealth video consultations facilitated through Doctiplus are subject to the following additional terms:

  1. Telehealth consultations are subject to the licensing laws of the country in which the patient is located. Doctiplus displays only doctors licensed to consult patients in your jurisdiction.
  2. The clinical relationship in a telehealth consultation is between the patient and the doctor — not between the patient and Doctiplus.
  3. Telehealth consultations must not be used in lieu of emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
  4. Consultation recordings are not made by Doctiplus without the explicit consent of both the patient and the doctor. Any recording capability provided to patients is subject to applicable laws.
  5. Doctiplus provides the video consultation platform but is not responsible for technical interruptions caused by third-party internet or device failures outside our control.

8. Payments and Fees

  1. Search and booking — searching for doctors and booking appointments on Docti-Plus is free for patients. Docti-Plus charges no booking fee.
  2. Consultation fees — fees for medical consultations are set by individual doctors and clinics, displayed on their profiles, and paid directly to the doctor or clinic. Docti-Plus does not process or receive consultation fees from patients.
  3. Doctor listings — basic listings for doctors are free. Premium listings are available on a subscription basis. Premium subscription fees are charged monthly and cancellable at any time with no minimum term.
  4. Refunds — any refund relating to a consultation fee must be requested directly from the doctor or clinic. Docti-Plus is not responsible for refunding consultation fees charged by listed practitioners.

  • Doctiplus is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on health information published on the platform for making medical decisions

  4. The Doctiplus name, logo, and brand identity may not be used by any third party without express written permission — including any website operating a similar-named platform

12. Changes To These Terms

Doctiplus reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

  • Update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page
  • Send an email notification to all registered patient accounts if the changes are significant
  • Display a notice on the Docti-Plus homepage for a minimum of 30 days after significant changes

Continued use of Docti-Plus after updated Terms have been notified constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and may delete your account.
